When you first get there they let you walk around the whole restaurant including back in the kitchen as they are prepping and getting ready for dinner. They answer questions about what they are doing and even let you taste a few things if you want.
We literally had the best seats in the house. Front and center right in front of the main stove and preparation area.

It was a 4.5 hour dining experience we'll never forget. Thank you Lauren and Mike for a very memorable evening!
